  • Explain what you like to tattoo (style and subject matter-wise):

Illustrative, neotraditional, and dotwork styles but cute-spooky and creepy subject matter. Anything Halloween based or mystical and magical is my favorite. Preferably black and grey with minimal color. Anything I'm given creative freedom on and asked to draw in "my style" makes me very happy.

What do you least like to tattoo (style and subject matter-wise):

I don't tattoo any type of realism or new school designs. I don't really enjoy lettering, tribal, anything super "trendy" or found on pintrest, geometric projects, roses.

If someone were to tip you in something other than money for a tattoo, what would you prefer most?:

    Oddities, art, or unique snacks!

What time of day do you prefer to work?:

Early afternoon, I like starting my days at 12/1pm

How long do you prefer to work maximum in a session?: 4 hours

Do you have any other hobbies?:

Anything artsy and crafty, and hanging out with my dogs.

What other art form (or hobby) do you wish you were able to do?:

I'd love to learn how to work with stained glass, breathing fire has always been a dream of mine, and to get back into ice skating.

What tattoo artists do you admire the work of most?:

Angelo Parente, Aleks Dark Ink, William Volz, Black Casket, Beth Rose, Meth Fawn, Needle Mistress, Gorcha Tattoo, Steph Guillotine, Ghost Tattooer

    Favorite food?: French fries

Favorite color?: Black and dark pumpkin orange.

What did you do before you became a tattoo artist?:

Pre-covid, I was a dog trainer. Directly before tattooing I was an accounting student and country store clerk.

    Do you have any animals?:

Two dogs, they are the bestest boys and I love them so very much.

Favorite tattoo currently that you have?:

My favorite is a neotraditional rendition of my late kitty, Lawnie.

Biggest goal you currently have (doesn't have to be tattoo related):

To buy a gosh dang house with a big fenced in yard and a dishwasher.

What made you want to start tattooing?

I was 13 years old, a server at my dad's cafe, covering the notepads and guest checks in scribbles. Another server made a comment about how what I was drawing would make a cool tattoo (by 2008 standards), and even though at the time I knew nothing about tattooing or the industry, I had such a feeling of certainty for the idea. And ever since then I've been drawing and crafting and doing my best to learn more and earn my place here.

If you weren't tattooing, what do you think you would be doing as a job or career?

I probably would be using my college education and be in the accounting field. I would be miserable.
